## 27 October 2026 — Native Voice and Prescience declarations

**Truthtrance / native Voice and Prescience — 27 October. Prototyped / Partial.**
Whole turn answers now include original native power use/explicit Decline,
exact Voice command or requested Prescience field. All predicates concern the
same one choice. Native owner and reciprocal allied beneficiary remain; a
pending Prescience clause waits for the original foreign Voice decision.
Requests do not describe hidden answers. Declaration receipts close before
later printed Karama prevention; source expiry never invents Decline.

Own declarations retain a completion before opening the next foreign response
or inspection. Focused feedback catches that early handoff and fixes it at the
actual declaration. An OR payment already fulfilled stays immutable when a
later optional power choice occurs; its test oracle is corrected. Genuine-source
inspection also catches the prepared-marker interpretation and sanctuary source
before verification. Player-view nullability and lint feedback are repaired.

The frozen batch passes **18 files,281/281**, types/lint/build. Thirty-eight new
cases comprise8 public quotation/predicate,10 aggregate,6 control and14 native
cases. Eight runtime journeys pass with33 GameTable SSR renders,8 actual answer
callbacks and13 exact native guide callbacks. They cover use/Decline, both
printed Karama cancellations, whole No, cleanup/late Mentat payment, two real
remote allies and waiting for foreign Voice. Four profiles maintain only
minimal legal participation; strategic work remains deferred.

Original Basic A/BG/E sources actually deal Truth and buy Karama1. Own Voice44
and Prescience45 prefixes use BG's paid1 Arrakeen reserve against originalA10.
Remote Voice73 uses a real BG–Emperor Nexus alliance; remote Prescience84 uses
Atreides–Emperor consent and BG/Emperor paid2 reserves in Imperial Basin.
All source counts derive from actual arrays; no played state is installed.

journeys/HTML: adjacent `20261027-truth-power-runtime-v3/`.
No HTTP/storage boundary, database, reset/deletion, server restart or deployed
operation changes. Borrowed Nexus/special powers, broader card/action families
and final browser/deployed/recovery/privacy/custody acceptance remain open.
