+

+
+Reuse publisher November2020 FAQp8 current-turn AND/OR/compliance and supplied
+Advanced physical39/printed37 authority recorded in RULE_DECISIONS. This is the
+next provisional composition of existing native funded-payment and owned-stage
+travel prototypes, not a printed exhaustive promise solver. Native scope and
+current timing remain authoritative; optional modules retain their fences.
