+Full mixed AND/OR questions freeze current facts and reduce Reveal/Decline leaves
+over one original native decision. Constants/tautologies bind nothing; a forced
+choice enters the existing native ledger with an optional mixed event link.
+Current ineligibility cannot erase a Decline that survives a later matching
+draw. Original matching/protection/prior-answer rules remain. Actual declaration
