+Replaced direct physical transfer with a fixed-three source entering original
+pending revival after actual Nexus disposal. Version-two requested/returned/
+denied receipts retain strict event/index/signature and actual typed delta;

+native Emperor allied-extra usage stay unchanged. Independent-source policy
