+`revivalIncome` now offers that exact cost before the original income denial.
+Reuse `karamaIncomeDiscard` and its existing persistent neutral controls, private
+claim/pass and minimal legal profiles. The native terminal cancellation quote
+validates its Tleilaxu owner, seated recipient and positive amount. A recipient
+may be Tleilaxu itself; quiet Ghola income is not restricted to Revival phase.
+This applies the existing physical Semuta face and fresh-discard convention,
+not a new publisher income ruling.
