+The FAQ orders simultaneous Truthtrance questions by storm order, while the
+inspected Juice of Sapho face permits first/last in a turn-ordered action. The
+interaction has no dedicated publisher clarification. Provisionally offer each
+queued holder a public response before asking, then allow the holder of Sapho
+to move their whole pending group first/last without changing storm order or
+splitting one holder's cards. A previously selected first/last position is
