+Removed the Harkonnen buyer fence from the existing normal-purchase offer
+and pending-source validation. Under the standing choose-recommended
+instruction, selected the native Ixian ally order: replacement choice,
+original income, original cancelable bonus, next lot. The actual table
+labels this provisional; it is not publisher timing or an explicit user
+ordering decision. Replacement earns no second bonus or eight-card slot.
