+Connected the existing fixed-three Richese Ambassador purchase classification
+to the printed Emperor Nexus purchase panel without inventing a Bidding-only
+condition. Uniform original-beneficiary Pay/eligible Use follows committed
+trigger, not hidden face/funds/hand capacity. No new beneficiary veto, bank
+payment, reimbursement or fake auction. Original conditional unavailable Pay
+consumes no spice/card and keeps the token spent. Actual unallied holder alone
