+An ordinary supported all14 Skills setup previously completed a Bank-four
+shipment with no income ledger or grant. Fresh ordinary setup now initializes
+the existing ledger automatically, including supported original World, Nexus,
+Discovery, Tech, Stronghold and native overlay envelopes. Remove the separate
+initializer/CLI profile and fixture opt-ins without aliases. Classic occupied
+World callers retain their original occupation entry, delegating ordinary Skills.
