+
+Two bounded owners supplied the source-band coalition quote and native Basic
+runtime cases. One integration owner admitted Basic, migrated production
+re-quotes, corrected a genuine total-dial validation gap and connected the CLI
+help, canonical guide and source records.
+
+The coalition quote now requires an explicit `advanced` boolean with no default
+or alias. Active Basic requires an even Ecaz count and uses E/2 for the mandatory
+contribution and ordinary-win Ecaz losses; Advanced keeps its ceiling arithmetic.
+Canceled Basic permits the preserved odd count through the original own-pool
+cancellation frame with zero fixed strength. The publisher page-8 paragraph and
+page-15 example still contradict each other for odd counts, so an uncanceled odd
+Basic battle is rejected at the original choice before a lead frame exists. It is
