+**Prototyped / Partial.** Fix fresh Guild board transport dropping an advisor's
+origin when quoting/validating a foreign arrival. Shared human/bot entry and live
+declaration/commit now preserve its source stance, including arrival beside the
+actual Guild ally. A conditional source stamp preserves old recorded declaration
+settlement and signature bytes; direct reserve defaults, fighter restrictions
+and fresh-advisor locks remain distinct. The native Betrayal frame admits the
