+The Basic Kull opt-in admits native Ixians and Tleilaxu with CHOAM and classic
+factions using the existing native faction setup and the selected CHOAM and Ix
+decks. Existing ordinary, grouped and mixed bribe questions remain available.
+Other faction rosters, optional modules, Advanced and the existing unsupported
+Truthtrance and unfunded-overbid cases remain separate. This provisional
