+**Prototyped / Partial.** Full mixed fact/payment AND/OR questions freeze current
+facts before actual ordinary payer debits. Conservative unknown compilation
+creates only the native residual needed by the selected whole answer; decisive
+constants require no payment. One physical bribe ledger owns cumulative progress,
+funding, accepted order, restrictions, receipts and actual turn-end deadlines.
