## Occupied Ecaz living Duke grant — 26 October 2026
Connect the printed occupied-face living Duke grant through existing stable
qualification; the user's Ecaz-only revival ruling still overrides its foreign-
revival text. Under the 14 October recommended-policy authority, select one
recipient per turn/qualification, one battle, unused turn-end expiry and no
restoration of an old holder. A sole recipient receives him automatically;
two eligible recipients require the occupier's choice at an uncommitted native
boundary. Loss of occupation/recipient ends only this tenure. Native living
Ecaz/Moritani acquisition respects occupied priority; Ecaz's independent revival
remains distinct. No Karama response is created for this immune Homeworld
benefit. This is visibly provisional tenure/priority composition, not a new
publisher example. Captive/Ghola/concealed transfer remains guarded.
