Resume native Basic arrivals after Ornithopter recovery

Allow the completed flight discard in the existing bare Basic E3 profile.
Keep physical movement and its original arrival, then handle distinct
Ambassador or Terror fresh groups without replaying effects or Semuta cost.

 ## Current checkpoint and work
+**Native Basic Ornithopter recovery and arrival — 24 October. Prototyped / Partial.**
+Completed range-three/final-two-group flights now offer Semuta in the existing
+bare Basic E3 profile. Retire that first fresh group before the original native
+arrival; CHOAM/Ix Ambassador or Terror then has its own distinct discard event.
+Physical movement, counters, credit, replacement draw and gift never replay.
+One Semuta can recover the flight or a later native card, with existing
+full-hand exchange and persistent controls.
+
+Disjoint Ambassador/Terror sources, controls, bounded review and owner
+integration pass **10 files135/135**, types/lint/build, sixteen actual gameplay/
+control/table-rendering journeys and eight existing-profile continuations
+(28 accepted proposals). Genuine paid Orni/placement/shipments supply Ambassador
+prefix56 plus1/2 branch actions and Terror70/71 actions. Semuta/overflow/full-hand
+prior-card acquisitions are explicitly conserved staging. Source feedback
+repaired setup-vs-phase ordering, live escrow inventory and legal later Storm
+dials; a discriminated offer guard fixes the first type-check failure.
+[Source, proof and limits](SEMUTA_SOURCE_UPDATE_20260907.md#native-ornithopter-movement-and-arrival--24-october-2026).
+Overlap, native Advanced E3, optional profiles, complete modes, comprehensive/
+browser/deployed acceptance and full AI refinement remain unfinished.
+No saved-room/D1/reset/restart/deployment operation.

**Semuta and native Ghola income — 24 October. Prototyped / Partial.**
Semuta now recovers a completed Ghola while its original Tleilaxu one-spice
income is pending. One shared source predicate retains exact native ownership,
