+Permit the possession-independent Truth ordering opportunity in a clean live
+ordinary auction, preserving its original actor, lot, standing bid, funds and
+native timer. The new Semuta continuation binds the actual auction and aid ledger
+without signing the separate clock, so claim/pass resumes the same queue and the
+clock resumes its remaining budget. Earlier non-auction continuation signatures
+retain their original shape. A shared post-cost forecast now honors accepted
