+Removed the earlier purchased-price/Junction composition fence without
+canceling or repricing the Homeworld source. Original half/full fee and
+normal payees remain: no quarter price and no card bank-only overlay.
+Accepting with a separate grant requires `forfeitPurchasedRate: true`;
+actual controls explain that it ends unused and its played card is not
+refunded. The independently legal ordinary purchased route stays available.
