+`bureaucratAlliedFundingModeSupported` now returns `homeworldLeaderSkillsProfile`
+for Homeworlds games, so qualifying allied-funded ordinary auction and
+Guild-shipment income in Homeworlds + Leader Skills compositions offer the
+one-time two-spice redirection. Nothing broader opened: multi-expansion,
+preview overlays and the occupation/Betrayal previews remain excluded.

+The new fixture reuses the genuine classic Homeworld Skills setup (Bureaucrat
+trained on Atreides, native Guild seated, real Storm/Mentat/worm/alliance). Only
+original unplayed entropy and card custody are staged. Fifty-three consumer
+cases cover both modes and both income types: 5+3/3+5/5+5/fully donor-funded
