**Classic Nexus core — 18 October. Prototyped / Partial.**
Ordinary base33 all14 native calls/purchases lacked reaction prompts. One
public capability now admits original33 or selected36 with Nexus12 and
optional14, initializing actual Guild/Harkonnen/Ixian reaction states at fresh
setup. Independent cards are neither required nor silently added; no played
game is reflagged or supplied invented history. Other envelopes stay separate.

Original signed Cunning reserve/cross/return and Richese five-for-one groups
retain funded fee and physical continuation through the same acknowledgement.
Native counters and actual third-party Bureaucrat remain; one spent Guild
singleton cannot also authorize rival Use. Timing remains inherited/provisional.

Frozen31-file **304/304**, focused10/10, types/lint/build pass. Three390px
original-control journeys reach whole1 claim, Cunning return/turn finish and
third-party5→recipient3/Bank2, with no errors/overflow. Four legal policies
execute28 actual choices, not calibration or full games. One accurate classic
notice replaces contradictory standalone stacks. Three old exclusion cases
are deleted, not re-pinned; the driver honors actual owned fee acknowledgement.
Temporary memory/routes removed/released204, no stored room/reset/restart/
