+native phase opening. `windowCardPlay/amal` binds
+`phase-opening:turn:phase` and counts an actual printed cost after this answer.
+It retains Amal's native half-available-spice reduction and pass reset, rather
+than promising a later selected balance. Temporary priority/discard suspension
