Compose native Ecaz Betrayal and Moritani Atomics

Retain original selected modules, typed native returns, advisors and hidden No-Field recall. Preserve a full unspent Guild/Sapho opening, paid ordered arrivals, capped provisional No-Field destruction and native World Sneak withdrawal. Bind desert Aftermath to its original Moritani Cunning placement.

Validation: frozen 16-file115/115, types/lint/build, eight finite original-action and GameTable SSR programmes, four minimal legal policies. Document provisional overlaps and corrected genuine recipes. No stored-game change or deployment; full combinations, comprehensive assurance and deployed acceptance remain required.

## Current checkpoint and work
**Native Ecaz Betrayal / Moritani Atomics — 18 October. Prototyped / Partial.**
Selected modules now retain typed native returns, advisors, actual shared HMS,
face-down concealed recall and original paid Karama cancellation. Guild first/
wait and Sapho ordering preserve a full unspent Shipment/Movement opening.
Native Atomics retains capped No-Field materialization, original paid arrival,
ordered Ambassador/Terror continuation and fixed hand targets. Original Nexus
Cunning grants now support printed-desert Atomics and historical Aftermath;
ordinary placement, shipment bans and the Sneak Attack exception stay distinct.
Both No-Field overlaps remain explicitly provisional.
Three disjoint lanes and owner integration are frozen. **16 files115/115**,
types/lint/build and eight finite original-action/table-SSR programmes pass:
typed/marker/advisor/HMS Betrayal201/222/200/213 source actions plus two choices
per allowance/cancel; World Atomics/Sneak375, paired arrival176, Basic/Advanced
desert134/261. Four policies retain legal typed/concealed Betrayal and native
World Sneak choices; no calibration. SSR framework aliases/CSS stubs mean no
visual/browser or deployed acceptance. Corrected fixtures preserve native
placement chronology, optional allied No-Field revelation and Basic range1.
The external smoke initially selected an already completed Sneak result; its
corrected pending-choice run passed against unchanged application source.
No saved room/database, reset, restart or deployment. Remaining Nexus/Discovery/
Semuta envelopes and other rule interactions still require implementation;
comprehensive assurance and complete modes stay open.
