Compose native Ecaz Betrayal and Moritani Atomics

Retain original selected modules, typed native returns, advisors and hidden No-Field recall. Preserve a full unspent Guild/Sapho opening, paid ordered arrivals, capped provisional No-Field destruction and native World Sneak withdrawal. Bind desert Aftermath to its original Moritani Cunning placement.

Validation: frozen 16-file115/115, types/lint/build, eight finite original-action and GameTable SSR programmes, four minimal legal policies. Document provisional overlaps and corrected genuine recipes. No stored-game change or deployment; full combinations, comprehensive assurance and deployed acceptance remain required.

The engine binds the original placement, physical face and native opportunity in a saved receipt. A separate current-placement map ends when the token relocates, reveals or returns to supply; historical evidence remains available to the already committed entry and discard children. This preserves legitimate continuation across later turns and population changes without letting an old receipt authorize a new relocation. Consumers neither reconstruct that history nor broaden ordinary Grumman addition rules. The [Grumman stacking source](GRUMMAN_STACKED_TERROR_RULES.md) and its separate removal boundary remain unchanged.
Atomics and Extortion reactions, restricted Assassination leader pools, and existing Sneak Attack arrival combinations retain their explicit gates. No complete Moritani, Nexus or expansion-release claim follows from this checkpoint.
The [native-module Atomics extension](MORITANI_TERROR_RULES.md#native-module-atomics--18-october-2026)
now follows the actual Cunning grant into a printed desert, preserving its
historical placement source in Aftermath after removal. This supersedes this
checkpoint's original Atomics gate. Other reactions retain their own current
contracts. No complete Moritani, Nexus or expansion-release claim follows.
