+The original ordinary quote now emits `deposits` with actual positive
+player/location/amount receipts. It excludes city awards and shared escrow;
+zero-take forces are not collectors. Discovery consumes that original source
+instead of inferring a unique collector from occupancy. `collectorAt` and the
+whole-territory ambiguity guard were removed. Basic groups by positive deposit;
