+Direct native Guild transport's engine already committed income before queued
+entry, but its bot candidate predicted that future income as busy. The native
+original owner view now agrees with the executable path. Ordinary shipment
+also stops predicting its future BG accompaniment as an active decision;
+shared movement preflight retains resulting Intrusion without calling it an
+already-pending control. No second queue, timing adapter or price/state schema.

+Existing settlement handles income allow/cancel, Intrusion accept/decline/
+cancel, and accompaniment accept/decline/cancel before the original entry.
+A real companion joining retained BG fighters creates its own child offer:
