+Supported classic no-Homeworlds auction and shipment funding now retains each
+actual positive private payer share in the original signed internal receipt.
+Eligibility is per other payer at least5, excluding trainer and recipient;
+gross prices cannot pool below-five shares. Exactly2 goes to Bank from one
+gross recipient credit, including both-five. Original full debits, committed
+cards/forces, Karama-before-credit ordering and physical once-per-phase use
+remain. A canceled gross receipt creates no Bureaucrat offer/use.
