+Original fresh own-Salusa play rejects the blanket R module gate before a
+plan, reserve or card changes. Extend only clean classic2–6 Basic/Advanced
+Homeworlds with independent36-card setup. All three bounded effects now compose;
+this does not certify the whole variant or open other overlays, expansion
+rosters, public starts or played-save conversion.
