+Original independent36/Nexus+Tech and all14/phase starts rejected through
+native lobby actions; plain33/all14/phase started without reaction states.
+The public classic core now composes original Tech3+ and Advanced Strongholds2+,
+preserving Basic/Advanced prerequisites, selected33/36 and optional14. Bare
