+Original independent-card variant authority permits composition; fresh selected
+Ix/CHOAM native/base Worlds still rejected original Tech/Advanced Strongholds.
+Remove that single roster/module barrier while preserving Tech3–6 Basic/
+Advanced and Strongholds2–6 Advanced, all other overlays/public/save gates and
