Keep identified Basic-function gaps ahead of Advanced and wider interactions.
Prototype labels and final acceptance gates remain.
**Emperor Nexus positive shortages — 27 October. Prototyped / Partial.**
Cunning uses five eligible ordinary counters when possible, otherwise the whole
positive short battle group. Secret Ally revival takes three when eligible,
otherwise all one or two typed-eligible Tanks counters. Zero and chosen underfill
remain unavailable. Controls name the actual count and persistent provisional
policy; no publisher shortage clarification was found. Full-grant receipt
shapes/signatures remain unchanged, while new short sources are explicit.
[Contract](NEXUS_EMPEROR_RULES.md#positive-shortages--27-october-2026).
**18 files, 130/130**, types/lint/build and five native runtime branches pass.
Four original public Advanced base33/Nexus sources total 322 actions; 20 accepted
continuations cover Cunning2/4 allowance, the original Cunning2 Karama-cancel
branch and Secret Ally1/2 returns. Real first-turn losses, turn-two worms,
alliances and closing draws earn the sources. Only unopened original card/Spice/
Nexus positions and native scalar lotteries are selected; no played hand, purse,
force, Tank, phase, alliance, holding or receipt is installed. Ten GameTable and
ten controller SSR renders operate five actual controller callbacks. Stateful
plans/selectors, browser hydration, new short own-World fees, other module pairs,
full modes, mobile/deployed and final assurance are not certified. Older fixture
phase/order and occupied-bank Collection expectations are repaired explicitly;
their controlled positions are not new native chronology. No mode gate opens.
**Salusa Ghola / live Truthtrance — 27 October. Prototyped / Partial.**
