+Weather Control, Family Atomics and Harvester now have source-bound future
+printed-play conditions in whole turn answers. Real Storm movement closes its
+card window; each fresh blow gets a stable identity, so a later Advanced blow
+cannot inherit the first blow's No. Original effects, costs, forces and typed
+Weather0..10 remain. Definite answers reopen own acceptance; Ready must retain
+a completion after source closure. A No cap lasts through actual closure.

+Focused sources earn Harkonnen's real two-counter Shield Wall shipment at
