 # HD coordinator checkpoint — 12 October 2026

-The reviewed external development pack contains **2,036 original picture frames in 869 complete sequences**. Root has copied the exact **1,148-frame / 421-sequence** handoff into shared Linux/Windows runtime data. Root completed and validated both final Stage2 Linux/Windows archives at this exact snapshot; the previous **800-frame / 340-sequence** archives and `964ba93` assembly are historical. Root owns runtime data, binaries, libraries and archives; coordinator owns external development registration and this metadata. Bundled originals and approved runtime art are tracked under this repository's data/. Working originals, prompts, job candidates and review evidence remain external under ../data/.

Historical 1465 context 192/80/96/256 stays literal; separate current integration projections do not replace it. Immutable 2068 pending cutoff contains 1,266 qualified unique unregistered pictures: 64 coordinator whole-held and 1,202 pending full review.

-- Exact Terrain3 middle20/21 complete32 is registered at outer2036 after full material, independent historical, current2004 integration and whole2036 canonical continuity. The owner now has192 registered targets. Source/art/history stays frozen; four coordinator metadata additions and official derived-only job successors are receipted separately.
-- The exact EC successor and earlier complete19 remain registered; four earlier coordinator whole-family material holds retain64 unadmitted frames. Middle27/29/31 now have independent whole-family cellular-material holds at3028f/302ad/302d0. Middle28/30 are qualified pending coordinator review. Source-only original32 preparation awaits completed author QA/full freeze;301ae stays missing/no retry. C3's sole successor is exhausted and the eight other finish calls remain gated.
-- Terrain1 E0 remains registered with all selected/held masters preserved. F0 and10500 failed remnant/rim corrections stay held. The bounded10504-v2 attempt is exhausted and held;10507-v2 is only a qualified draft. Fresh10510 has sixteen initial source-only raws, eight partial source passes and eight concrete holds; partial context diagnostics confer no family approval. No repair calls under stopped scopes.
-- Iron3 has closed whole65/66 source-cue/green holds and now reviews authentic final67/68, sixteen plus ten IDs. Previous42/30380,53/54,56/30465,61 and63/64 holds remain. All old96 authorities, rejected masters and source-coordinate retractions stay frozen.
-- Iron5's Terrain2 alias46/master53 is whole-held for20458's fourth recess interpretation; a separate author reading identifies three framed recesses plus unframed base shadow. This disagreement awaits coordinator material adjudication and does not release the sealed peer hold. Alias47/master54 is qualified. Existing reviewer now covers aliases48/49/master55/56, full written freezes before raster. Complete90 literal families/1437 IDs remain authority, including seven historically skipped ranges.
-- Terrain2 hardware22/23 and final13 generations remain gated. Useful edge advice, preparatory diagonal proof, cyan-gap value/spacing diagnosis and source-appropriate muted-olive/green holds remain separate frozen scopes. Standalone previews59/941 are advisory; original12 bad prompt locator and historical invocation reference-image byte gap remain unchanged.
-- Set4 later complete50–53 peer qualifications await coordinator material review. Complete54 is whole-held for native1 yellow tips4042a/4042f despite brighter raw/2–4. Iron6 reserves55 with source-only preparation until final author freeze; no correction/compensation loop is authorized. Whole41/42 and ember60 methods remain gated, with no brightness/footprint-only retries or remaining eight calls.
+- Middle22/23 complete 32 is registered at 2068 after full material, historical peer, current 2036 integration and whole 2068 continuity. +
+Batch 2068 adds **32 terrain pictures in two complete 16-frame sequences**, `3023d`–`3024c` and `3024d`–`3025c`, at exact candidates `dcb58ccad3e8db24172dd2cdbfc66031c8f481f0826453886f379c1cfa705303` and `6f999bcc8d4b815797c46fc30315170dd9798f1cdfc4fa0fd58ee2561bf3cc8b`. The external development pack contains **2,068 / 5,753 originals**, **871 complete sequences** and **1,216 terrain pictures**; **3,685 originals remain unregistered**. All selected sources, untouched builtin/raw masters, candidate bytes and historical proofs remain unchanged.
+
+Coordinator material report `84435e8947651daad5ac05029c1eba6ab476183f05aeae4c502a29b7981a19c4` records all **32 full 1254-square raws, eight source/current 1–4 boards and two material focuses** actually viewed. Fine continuous gray gravel preserves curved groups, unequal caps and black gaps. Stronger chipped/faceted pale relief, contact shadows, quiet faint marks and native 1 softness qualify approval. `30255` ordinary-orange detail significantly darkens to reddish/brown at native 1: its twelve source warm positions remain patterned, with stronger orange at 2–4. This is an explicit color qualification, without an exact RGB or warning-yellow claim. Historical peer `26c3a2d45d910a240cff0517875bb9dc85140f166003776a76833d973943878c` retains its separate own16 and literal old96 contexts.

Registry corroborates 294 directed cardinal rows and 72 genuine positions represented by 144 duplicate intact/target descriptions; there are zero state links. The required 78-frame projection has 32 new frames plus 46 registered neighbors, with 37 catalog IDs original fallback. The 33 changed pairs and 80 changed descriptions reduce to 73 whole-output canvases viewed on 23 complete native 2–3 pages; ten asset focuses and four complete 1–4 joining pages bring the final actual-pixel review to 37 pages. All seven unique new-family ordered joins and the genuine `30255` scene are included. Historical aliases stay separately bound; visible HD/original texture/value islands remain qualified.

Every old binding, 1,695 preflight input, 7,199 closed integration record, 18 recursive source SHA/size/mtime guard and 6,853 packaged runtime file remains exact. Current immutable c0c3 and compiler-paired ba61 retain both false source-age flags, zero diagnostics and no ordinary reserved-index gains. The **259 combined contact pages are hash-bound, not newly viewed**. Approval `8402b364f9a826a8bc7a3e68c7d405ea126356e5fe89416b06e63ef503d92be9` adds four coordinator review/runtime-subset metadata files, derived explicitly from the completed whole 2068 invocation.
