Archives and the new artwork Windows CI remain pending. The earlier **2,132-frame / 875-sequence** artwork receipts at `.reference/hd-runtime-2132/assembly-receipt.json` and `validation-receipt.json`, and the **1,148-frame / 421-sequence** release and archives remain history. Root owns runtime data, binaries, libraries and exports; coordinator owns external development registration and these four documents. Working sources, candidates and detailed immutable receipts remain under `../data/`.
