Each approved asset uses a stable `coordinator_review_ref`; `family_reviews` stores the candidate/binding identities and exact full immutable external receipt once. The original 2,132 normalization reduced 53,594,880 bytes to 8,406,611 (84.31%) without changing approval or artwork. New registrations update only their own status/evidence; native preservation has a separate closed record.
