-The external and assembled shared runtime pack contains **5,341 reviewed original picture frames / 3,514 complete sequences**, including **4,243 Terrain pictures**. **412 of 5,753 original pictures remain**: 292 Terrain, 79 enemies/ground objects, 35 UI/other and six bosses. The sole addition is Boss300a0, a reviewed hybrid with three retained Original cells `(22,39)`, `(55,15)`, `(55,16)`; those cells are not generated HD. Its untouched raw, 56×40 native canvas, zero origin and absent crop remain exact, as do all earlier 5,340 bindings and the full 3,513-header prefix. Actual assembled data contains **9,325 files / 8,155,307,901 bytes**. Root’s actual Q37 CLI validates all 5,341 frames with zero rejects and 45 mods/one override (`e7a36e2b`). Git publication and this pack’s own native Windows completion remain pending at this freeze. Historical386e artwork/context measurements remain distinct from the compiled API-B runtime; old plain300a0 and other pending art HOLDs are unchanged.
+The external and assembled shared runtime pack contains **5,378 reviewed original picture frames / 3,548 complete sequences**, including **4,274 Terrain pictures**. **375 of 5,753 original pictures remain**: 261 Terrain, 79 enemies/ground objects, 33 UI/other and two bosses. The 37 additions comprise 30 selected Terrain pictures, Terrain 20583, UI/other 3009f and 300a4, and the complete four-frame DSHP21G3 family 300a8–300ab. Seven hybrid frames explicitly retain 37 Original logical cells; those cells are not generated HD. All previous 5,341 bindings and the full 3,514-header prefix remain exact, as do native canvases, origins, crops and optional-field presence. The assembled data contains **9,332 files / 8,171,723,875 bytes**. Actual CLI validation passes all 5,378 frames with zero rejects and 45 mods/one override (`e1cb3b4a`). Source18 and both bundled binaries remain unchanged at API-B. Historical386e artwork/context measurements retain their own epoch. The 15 road tiles remain held; pending 200ba, further Tank work and the new 2039a context are outside this append. Git publication and native Windows execution for 5,378 remain pending; the 5,341 Windows workflow is still packaging at this freeze. No complete-HD claim is made.

Preserved earlier 17 October 2026 document-freeze observation: The external and assembled shared runtime pack contains **5,340 reviewed original picture frames / 3,513 complete sequences**, including **4,243 Terrain pictures**. **413 of 5,753 original pictures remain**: 292 Terrain, 79 enemies/ground objects, 35 UI/other and seven bosses. The sole new binding is Terrain10511, a reviewed hybrid with four explicitly retained Original cells `(16,3)`, `(17,4)`, `(17,5)` and `(18,6)`; those cells are not generated HD. Its untouched generated raw, 32×32 canvas, zero origin and absent crop remain exact. Every earlier 5,339 binding and the full 3,512-header prefix remain exact. Actual assembled data contains **9,324 files / 8,153,633,623 bytes**. Root’s actual Q36 CLI validates all 5,340 frames with zero rejects and 45 mods/one override (`db4bfd1c`). Git publication and this pack’s own native Windows result remain pending at this freeze. Published 5,339 asset commit `1bc0a9ce` has an actual successful native Windows run; the separate `9015a6c9` source-change run is pending at this freeze. The old plain10511 HOLD and coarse retained-contact/fine-water/stronger-relief/mixed-neighbor qualifications remain literal.
