Exact actual recipe bytes are preserved, including original relative input names. reproduction-input-root contains hardlinked exact Source, palette, raw and recipe at these paths. From the published project root, run tools/hd_grating_gray_cleanup.py with --input-root data/hd/jobs/derived-grating203c6-203c7-quiet-graycast-complete2-v1-20261019/reproduction-input-root --recipe recipe.json --output a-fresh-private-output. This command is documentation only and has NOT been run. The public helper has not yet been installed; a byte-identical proposed helper is in this private project tools folder. Literal actual G2 QA is preserved; the separately named portable QA is an explicitly measured metadata-only path relocation with zero helper calls. Root admission and different material/context review pending.
