# Caladan victory reinforcement contract
Source review, 10 September 2026. The original high Caladan face grants an
optional transfer of one reserve force to the location of a victorious battle,
provided Atreides still has a force there. The printed high range is six through
twenty native forces. Territory and Homeworld destinations are both named.
The [component audit](HOMEWORLD_COMPONENT_AUDIT.md) records the original physical
face; its text was visually checked again using the retained component image.
The linked [designer presentation](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4KZKz13wf9c)
corroborates the visible component. No unheard narration supplies a ruling.
[E3 pp.9–10](https://www.gf9games.com/dune/wp-content/uploads/EcazMoritani-Rulebook-LOWRES.pdf#page=9)
make native population thresholds continuous and Homeworld effects immune to
Karama. The implementation checks the current threshold after winner casualties
and again when the optional transfer is selected. A legal transfer from six
reserves to five is not retroactively invalidated. Foreign visitors do not raise
native population. Basic and Advanced use the same optional physical transfer;
it does not revive a counter, charge spice or spend ordinary shipment/movement.
The original winner is the beneficiary, including a traitor victory. Loss,
mutual-traitor destruction and explosion do not create a winning Atreides
beneficiary. No surviving Atreides force means no destination. Fighting on
native Caladan cannot create an additional counter: those reserve forces are
already present in the native battle pool. That source/destination coincidence
has zero net transfer, consistent with the physical-custody treatment in the
[replacement contract](HOMEWORLD_REPLACEMENT_RULES.md).
The transfer must stay at the original battle location. A foreign Homeworld
receives one actual ordinary counter withdrawn from Caladan. Arrakis uses an
explicit sector choice within the battle territory. Occupancy constraints and
the allied-Homeworld prohibition remain in force. Arrival at an Ambassador
stronghold uses the existing entry predicate and a source-bound continuation;
it does not create a second battle victory.
## Reinforcement before Face Dance — 26 October 2026
Under the 14 October choose-recommended authority, select the original winning
Atreides army's Caladan reinforcement before any later native Face Dance. This
uses the existing winner-cleanup position; it is a provisional composition, not
a retrieved publisher example ordering the later Homeworld card against E1.
The earlier pending priority question no longer blocks the prototype.
The owned choice still uses current high population and original surviving
forces. Giving1 from6 to5 is legal. The force joins the original victorious
army; a later reveal calculates its replacement maximum from the current army,
including that surviving reinforcement, and returns those actual counters to
Caladan once. Declining either opportunity retains its separate ordinary effect.
The original winner/leader identity and completed victory obligation stay the
same; a return that raises Caladan to High does not create another reinforcement,
battle reward or victory. Homeworld Face Dance still belongs only to its native
faction and keeps the existing physical source/return rules.
An existing signed offer carrying only the former exact ordering refusal also
uses the current legal destination quote. Other stored/destination restrictions
remain authoritative; no saved physical state or completed receipt is rewritten.
This is retirement of the old prototype fence, not a recovery certification.
## Battle-phase Guild child and Spiritual Advisors
A legal Guild Ambassador shipment caused by the Caladan arrival may also offer
Advanced Spiritual Advisors during Battle. The same saved source uses its
original chooser/frame, Guild shipment receipt and current Caladan arrival
parent; accompaniment targets that shipment territory or Polar Sink. It does
not create an ordinary Battle-phase shipment or a free generic Spiritual source.
Existing Intrusion and fighter/advisor arrival rules still apply. The source
retains its existing payload shape, allowing an already-open exact child to
continue without rewriting its parent or creating another reinforcement.
## Victory placement and arrival reactions — 27 October 2026
The selected Face Dance order above supersedes the earlier decline-only guard.
The original Caladan face supplies a separate one-counter addition, not an
ordinary shipment, revival or Force Movement. Under standing recommended-option
authority, provisionally let this specific grant add to an already-surviving
victorious army inside HMS. E1p9/supplied Advanced physical34/printed32 bans other
factions' direct shipments and normally requires Force Movement through the
pointer territory; this specific card composition is not a publisher exception
example or a general relaxation of those routes. The sheltered interior0 does
not inherit the pointer's storm sector. Normal occupancy still applies.
Supplied physical10/printed8 forbids ordinary shipment/movement into storm.
With no retrieved Caladan exception, retain that destination-sector prohibition
conservatively. This is an explicit composition, not a quoted Caladan storm rule.
Advanced Intrusion says another faction **enters** (supplied physical28/printed26).
Place the counter once, offer the relevant BG fighter/advisor decision, then
process the original Ambassador/Terror arrival. Caladan itself creates no free
Spiritual Advisor shipment opportunity. Homeworlds remain separate from Arrakis
territories. Terror's ships/moves trigger (physical35/printed33) requires a
provisional classification of this addition; its native token effects and
original public one-counter minimum remain unchanged. The source lane found no
specific publisher/designer combined-effect ruling. Native Homeworld powers
retain E3p10 Karama immunity; canceling an independent BG reaction does not
cancel or refund the reinforcement.
The original victory event binds queued entry, Intrusion and the signed Terror
receipt. Original Ambassador/Terror overlap uses storm order, and an Ambassador
opened second retains the same victory history. The reinforcement waits for
its arrival queue/overlap before resuming battle cleanup. Original ordinary
receipt/signature bytes remain unchanged when the new event field is absent.
Frozen twelve-file97/97, types/lint/build and twelve controlled engine/GameTable
SSR programmes pass. Fifteen new engine cases and four chooser cases accompany
related native/Face Dance/Ambassador/discard regressions. Runtime records39 table
and12 chooser renders,12 shared-adapter one-force packets and91/32 recorded
battle/further actions. Controlled setup/positions/cards/token order are explicit;
actual battles create every original grant. A separate controlled contest prevents
unrelated Collection income from obscuring arrival outcomes. No stateful React
handler, browser/navigation/mobile, native acquisition or deployed proof is claimed.
The first failed batch's new fixtures were repaired; the older native-World
Face Dance source correction is explained below without weakening production.

journeys: adjacent `20261027-caladan-arrival-runtime/run-v1/`.
Nested Sneak/Skill/Semuta compositions, complete rules and final assurance/browser/
deployed acceptance remain open. No saved-room/database/restart operation.
The [integration audit](HOMEWORLD_VICTORY_REINFORCEMENT_INTEGRATION.md) maps
battle cleanup and persistence. The
[runtime checkpoint](HOMEWORLD_VICTORY_REINFORCEMENT_RUNTIME.md) records the
implemented flow and verification. No complete Homeworld, Advanced or expansion
release is claimed.
## Sneak Attack child arrival — 27 October 2026
A positive Sneak Attack spends its actual off-planet reserves once. It is a
separate committed arrival after the Caladan addition, not a second victory
reinforcement. Its BG Intrusion/Spiritual opportunity and native entry reactions
follow the original Ambassador/Terror overlap, so the original second owner is
not overwritten. A declined Ambassador may react again to the new Moritani group;
a consumed token remains consumed. Zero places no group and creates no new
source. Existing native quantity, occupancy, payment and token effects remain.
The source classification follows the existing Sneak off-planet shipment model
and the printed separate group. Serializing original overlap before that group's
reactions is an explicit provisional composition, consistent with the Revival
arrival flow; it is not a retrieved publisher sequencing example. The original
Caladan HMS/Terror rulings above remain provisional. Caladan itself still grants
no Spiritual Advisor shipment: only the actual positive Sneak group does.
The new group's public packet uses an opaque UUID. A focused engine-only history
records the sanitized actual trigger, selected revealed Sneak token and committed
normal group. Private Terror candidate lists and raw entry signatures are not
copied into public source packets. Current reaction validation uses that original
receipt, not a new reserve quote or present inhabitants after accepted effects.
Older original/Revival signatures stay unchanged without the new parent.
Advanced BG may accompany an eligible destination or select Polar Sink; Basic
retains its ordinary Polar fallback. Own retained fighters, matching and alone
conversion retain their separate legality/responses. Preventing free shipping
or a later conversion never refunds/replays the committed Sneak group. Standard
owned controls and minimal legal policies use the same projected choices.
Frozen14-file116/116, types/lint/build and twelve controlled engine/GameTable
SSR programmes pass:56 table renders and8 actual inline advisor callbacks,
with105/25/41 recorded battle/opening/further actions. Native packets exercise
original Caladan/Terror/amount and cancellation controls; those stateful
controls are not operated. The source explicitly stages audit setup, positions,
purses, original cards/token supply/order and another contest. Actual native
battle/Caladan/Terror/quantity actions create every victory and child receipt.
The six controlled source/ledger-surrogate tests separately prove helper/history
contracts and old phase4/phase6 bytes, not native chronology.
The runtime covers zero/positive, both original owners, a new child Ambassador,
Advanced away/resident-advisor accompaniment, Basic Polar, shipping prevention,
Polar conversion allowance/prevention and decline. The combined second-owner/BG/
child journey preserves the original prompt. No legal initial three-fighting-
faction stronghold source is invented to claim Intrusion chronology. Source
feedback repaired the dispatcher-transition assumption, optional test absence
and two type declarations; failed v1/v2 remains preserved.

No restart or saved-game/database operation. Browser/hydration/mobile, native
acquisition, deeper Nexus/Skills/Semuta combinations, native full games and final
assurance/deployed acceptance remain open.
## Focused before-Face-Dance evidence — 26 October 2026
Frozen15-file189/189, types/lint/build and sixteen engine/GameTable SSR journeys
pass. Eight genuine public Basic59/Advanced124-action setup/shipment/battle
sources keep all47 Treachery and16 original Traitor/Face Dancer identities;
all give/leave and later reveal/decline combinations use the actual10/11 cap.
The historical six controlled native-World sources used A-versus-native-T
combat; current occupied-Tleilax immunity now prohibits their positive reveal.
The 27 October corrected source instead stages A3/Guild2 visitors with native
T2 as a third noncombatant. Guild takes the losses; A never earns sole Tleilax
occupation, and the native-only Face Dance restriction stays intact. Accepted
replacement takes3/4 original Polar counters, adds them to native T2 and returns
A to Caladan9. Decline retains the later A–T battle; original-event completion
does not claim that battle finished. These remain controlled fixture sources,
not native invasion or acquisition journeys. Two controlled
Ambassador journeys prove both legal accompaniment after Intrusion and automatic
Polar conversion, preserving the original victory and leaving the Fremen token
untouched by advisors. Controlled seams are not original public acquisition proof.
